If you use the chat on this website, you are writing to our AI assistant, which Worklode provides. It reads your messages to answer you in our name and to pass your request to our team. Our team sees the conversation and takes over when needed.

If you call or text us at (931) 325-6329, our AI assistant, which Worklode provides, answers. It listens to your calls and reads your texts to answer you in our name and to pass your request to our team. Our team sees the conversation and takes over when needed.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed.

If you email us at info@murfreesboropave.com, Worklode receives and stores the message for us. Our AI assistant reads each message to filter out spam and phishing and to reply in our name, and its replies say that they are from our AI assistant. Worklode (LGV Media Group LLC), which runs this website, its chat, our phone line and our business email, and its service providers, such as cloud hosting and AI model providers, handle your information on our behalf under contract. They may not use it for their own purposes.

We use your information to reply to you, arrange and carry out the work, keep a record of your request, and protect against spam and fraud. We do not sell it.

Your chats, calls, texts and emails with us, and any attachments, are kept while we use Worklode's service and are deleted 30 days after we stop using it.

Emails filtered out as spam or phishing, or as not being a request for work, are deleted 30 days after they arrive.

Our record of you, your requests and any work we do for you is kept, even after we stop using Worklode's service, until we ask Worklode to delete it.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the details above. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law.

This website does not track your activity across other websites and does not let other companies do so. Because it does not track you, it does not change how it works in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.
